Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped only after all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact our customer service team in advance.
Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. We may not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Import Duties
For some international orders, taxes and duties may already be included in the shipping fee. However, certain countries may impose additional customs charges upon arrival. Any such duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
International shipments may also be delayed due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
All orders include tracking services. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the most accurate delivery updates are usually provided by the local courier. We recommend contacting the local carrier directly for further details if needed.
Delays caused by weather conditions, flight disruptions, customs procedures, or courier operations may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
